- Quote requests via WhatsApp: when you use the quote form or the WhatsApp chat button, your name, phone number, site postcode and job details are included in the WhatsApp message you send us, along with any photos you choose to attach in the chat.
- Direct contact: anything you share with us by phone at 07591 181820 or by email at info@sacscaffolding.uk.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare your quote.
- To arrange site visits and carry out the work you've asked about.
- To keep records we're required to hold for legal, tax and insurance purposes.
Our lawful basis for this is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party marketing.
Who we share it with
Enquiries sent through the WhatsApp buttons on this website are delivered over WhatsApp, a service provided by Meta Platforms. Your use of WhatsApp is also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, and messages may be stored outside the UK under WhatsApp's safeguards for international transfers. We may also share information with our insurers or professional advisers where necessary.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Records connected to completed jobs are kept for 6 years to meet legal and insurance requirements.
Your rights
